You have 14 days from the date of reception to make a return request.

To make a return, please follow those instructions:

1. Log in to your 0-105 account.

2. Go to "MY ACCOUNT", then to the "ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS" section.

3. You are now on the list of your orders. Click on "DETAILS" to access the details of the order containing the product you want to return.

4. In the order details, check the product(s) to be returned. Specify a reason for return, then validate the return request.

Your request will be processed by our customer service department. You will then receive a return label by email with the subject "Votre bordereau de transport Retour Colissimo" to be printed and sticked on the package.

Product(s) has to be returned within 14 days from the date of issue of the label.

A refund will be made upon reception of the package by the warehouse and after validation of its perfect condition.
