Rates vary depending on the shipping zone.

2. What are the delivery times?
- France & Europe: 3 to 5 business days
- Outside Europe & French overseas territories: up to 1 month (depending on customs)
Delivery times are expressed in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
⚠️ During busy periods (sales, holidays), additional time may be required.
3. Are taxes and customs duties included?
- European Union: prices include tax, no delivery charges
- Outside the EU: prices exclude tax, any duties and taxes are payable by the customer
If payment of customs duties is refused, the package may be returned and the costs deducted from the refund.
4. Are returns and exchanges free of charge?
✅ Yes. Returns and exchanges are free in France and Zone 1 outside of the sales period.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with:
- a tracking number
- a link to the carrier
Tracking is also available in My Account > My Orders.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed.
If necessary, you will need to request a return after receiving your order.
