1. What are the return conditions?
Items must be:
- New, unworn
- In their original, undamaged box
- With all accessories (bag, laces, etc.)

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange, in accordance with the Consumer Law of March 17, 2014 (see section 9 at the bottom of the page).

- Log in to your 0-105 account
- Go to My Account > Order History
- Select the order in question
- Choose the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Indicate the reason for the return or exchange
- Choose between a refund or an exchange
For an exchange, a drop-down list will appear so you can select the new size you want.
If the size you want does not appear, this means that it is no longer available and the exchange cannot be made.
If you have any doubts (size, model), contact customer service before confirming.
Once your request has been accepted, you will receive an email containing:
- A prepaid return label
- Shipping instructions
The email with instructions and the return label are sent at 10 a.m., 2 p.m., 6 p.m., and 10 p.m. If you have not received anything, please check your spam folder, otherwise contact us at contact@0-105.com
The package must be returned within 14 days of the label being issued.

Once the exchange request has been made, the desired size is reserved until we receive your original pair. Once we have received your pair, we will ship you the new pair you have chosen.
Please note that exchanges are not possible during sales periods.

9. Right of withdrawal
9.1 Exercising the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Law of March 17, 2014 on consumer affairs, customers who are citizens of the European Union have a right of withdrawal that they may exercise, without having to provide any justification, within 14 (fourteen) clear days of the order confirmation.

9.2 Returning purchased items
In accordance with the European Parliament and Council Directive on consumer rights, customers have a right of withdrawal which they may exercise, without having to provide any reason, within 14 (fourteen) clear days of receiving the items.
To return an item, you must first submit a request on the website.
In the “My Orders” section of your account, go to the order for which you wish to make a return request, then select the item you wish to return, fill in the reason for the return, and confirm. All products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Once your request has been made, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your label (France and Europe only). The label is the responsibility of the customer if they reside outside Europe. You have an additional fourteen days after the date of issue of your return label to send us your package. After this period, no refund will be possible.
Once your return request has been validated, a summary of your return will be available in the My Orders section and must be included with the package.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the package has been received, and we will then be able to process your refund request.

Exercising the right of withdrawal will not result in any penalty for the customer. However, products that are incomplete, damaged, soiled, or modified by the customer will not be taken back or exchanged.
If the above conditions are met, SAS BRUVAL undertakes to refund the customer the total amount of their order, excluding return shipping costs.
For returns from countries outside the European Union: The customs declaration attached to the return package must state that it is a customer return. We advise you to use the carrier that delivered your original order and to ensure that no charges are applicable upon receipt of the package. Any charges payable upon receipt will be deducted from the customer's refund. No exchanges will be accepted or made.
9.3 Refund
The refund of the invoiced price of the returned items will be made using the payment method used when the order was confirmed within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the customer's request or, if this date is later, on the day of receipt of the items returned by the Company or proof of delivery of these goods.
Return shipping and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer for countries in zones 2, 3, 4, OM1, and OM2. The list of countries in the different zones can be found in section 5.4 Delivery costs.
Any item that cannot be returned for consumption, as received, cannot be refunded.
