1. What are the return conditions?

Items must be:

  • New and unworn
  • In their original intact box
  • With all accessories (pouch, laces, etc.)

Sneakcare products cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. What is the deadline for returning an item?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to submit a return or exchange request, in accordance with the Consumer Law of March 17, 2014 (see section 9 at the bottom of the page).

3. How do I request a return or exchange?

  1. Log in to your 0-105 account
  2. Go to My Account > Order History
  3. Select the relevant order
  4. Choose the item or items to return or exchange
  5. Indicate the reason for the return or exchange
  6. Choose refund or exchange

For an exchange, a drop-down list appears so you can select the new size you want.

If the desired size does not appear, this means it is no longer available and the exchange cannot be completed.

If you are unsure (size, model), contact customer service before confirming.

Once the request is accepted, you will receive by email:

  • A prepaid return label
  • Shipping instructions

The email with the instructions and the return label is sent at 10 a.m., 2 p.m., 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. If you have not received anything, please check your spam folder, otherwise contact us at contact@0-105.com

The parcel must be returned within 14 days after the return label is issued.

4. How does the exchange process work?

Once the exchange request has been made, the requested size is reserved while we await receipt of your original pair.

Once we receive your pair, we will ship the newly selected pair to you.

Please note that exchanges are not possible during sale periods.

5. When and how will I be refunded?

  • The refund is issued after receipt and inspection of the parcel
  • Maximum timeframe: 14 days
  • Refund via the original payment method

Any item returned incomplete, worn or damaged cannot be refunded.

6. Are returns free?

Yes. Returns and exchanges are free in France and Europe Zone 1 (Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland), excluding sale periods.
Returns from other countries are at your expense.

7. Returns outside the European Union

  • The parcel must be declared as a customer return
  • Any tax applied upon receipt will be deducted from the refund
  • No exchanges are possible outside the EU

8. Returns outside the European Union

For orders delivered in France and Europe (Zone 1), if a parcel delivered to a pickup point is not collected within the timeframe indicated by the carrier and is returned to us, we will contact you in order to arrange:

  • a reshipment, charged at €7.90, or
  • a refund of the order, minus €15 corresponding to the carrier’s return fee

If the customer does not respond after we contact them, the order will be refunded under these conditions.

10. Right of withdrawal

10.1 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Law of March 17, 2014, customers who are nationals of the European Community have a right of withdrawal which they may exercise, without having to provide reasons, within 14 (fourteen) clear days from the order confirmation.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, please send us a withdrawal letter by post to the following address: 0-105 - BRUVAL SAS 3 Rue Roux de Brignoles 13006 Marseille France.

Sneakcare products cannot be returned or exchanged.

10.2 Return of purchased items

In accordance with the directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights, the customer has a right of withdrawal which may be exercised, without having to provide reasons, within 14 (fourteen) clear days from receipt of the items.

To return an item, you must first submit a request on the website.

In the “My Orders” section of your account, access the order concerned by your return request, then choose the item you wish to return, complete the reason for the return and validate it. All products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Once your request has been made, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to you with your RETURN label (France and Europe only). The label is at the customer’s expense if they live outside the Europe zone. You have an additional period of fourteen days after the issue date of your return label to send us your parcel back. After these deadlines, no refund will be possible.

When validating your return request, the summary of your return is available in the My Orders section and must be included in the parcel.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the parcel has been received, and we will then be able to process your refund request.

The return label will allow you to return your parcel either from your mailbox before 8:00 a.m. by making a request on www.laposte.fr/retourbal or at your post office or with a merchant in the La Poste network. Exercising the right of withdrawal will not incur any penalty for the customer. However, incomplete, damaged, spoiled, dirty or modified products will neither be taken back nor exchanged.

If the above conditions are met, SAS BRUVAL undertakes to refund the customer the total amount of the order, excluding return costs.

For returns from countries outside the European Union: The customs declaration attached to the return parcel must state that it is a customer return. We advise you to use the carrier that handled your first delivery and to ensure that no charges are applicable upon receipt of the parcel. Any charges payable upon receipt will be deducted from the customer refund. No item exchange is accepted or will be made.

10.3 Refund

The refund of the invoiced price of returned items will be made using the payment method used when validating the order within 14 (fourteen) days following receipt of the customer’s request or, if later, on the date of receipt of the returned items by the Company or proof of delivery of those goods.

Return shipping costs and shipping charges are payable by the customer for countries in zones 2, 3, 4, OM1 and OM2. Replace with: The list of countries in the different zones can be found on the delivery page.

Any item that cannot be put back on sale, as received, cannot be refunded.

The Customer’s bank account will be directly re-credited for the amount of the returned items through the secure payment partner PAYPAL.
